The Client

Select Health of Bowling Green is Lena Gokey’s wellness, aesthetics, and IV hydration practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since she opened in 2020, her practice has helped a lot of people in Bowling Green live healthier lives.

I’ve worked with Lena from the very beginning. When she opened, she needed the technology side of a new business taken care of so she could focus on the people she was there to help.

The Objective

Starting a business comes with a long list of things to set up, and most of them have nothing to do with the work you actually opened the doors to do. Lena needed:

1. A website that introduced her new practice and explained what she offers.
2. Professional business email.
3. Her new computers set up and ready to work.
4. A website that could keep up as her business grew and she added new services.

The AM Perspectives Solution

I built Select Health’s first website when the practice opened. I also set up Microsoft 365 so she had professional business email from day one, and I onboarded her new computers, getting them configured and ready so she could get to work instead of wrestling with setup screens.

As the practice grew, the website grew with it. We’ve revised it several times over the years as Lena added new services and membership plans, so the site keeps reflecting the business she’s running today rather than the one she opened in 2020.

The current website gives current and potential clients a clear, pleasant way to discover her wellness, aesthetics, and IV hydration services along with her membership plans. Someone visiting for the first time can see what Select Health offers and how to get started, and existing clients can easily find what’s available to them.

The site is also built for SEO and AEO. SEO (search engine optimization) helps people find Select Health when they search on Google. AEO (answer engine optimization) helps AI assistants and answer tools understand the business well enough to recommend it accurately. Both are tuned for local discovery, so people in Bowling Green and the surrounding areas can find Select Health quickly when they’re looking for wellness, aesthetics, or IV hydration nearby.
