Managed IT is more than monitoring equipment.

When something is not working, you have someone to contact who already understands your environment. I can help with remote support, routine maintenance, monitoring, and the practical technology work that keeps your business moving.

The right level of support depends on what you use, what needs attention, and what fits comfortably in your budget. I can talk through those details with you before we decide on a plan.

We can start with the biggest problem.

You do not need to have every answer or buy every service at once. I can focus on what is causing trouble now, then build from there as your business needs change.

Let’s look at your current technology.

You do not need to know exactly which services you need. We can start with your actual business environment and the problems you want to solve.

  • How many computers your business has
  • Your current firewall and Wi-Fi equipment
  • Any servers or shared storage
  • Your backup system
  • Your phone system
  • Microsoft 365 or other business accounts
  • Current technology problems or concerns

From there, I can recommend a managed IT plan based on your actual business environment. No oversized package. No services you do not need. Just a practical technology plan built around your business and an affordable budget that makes sense for you.

Managed IT without the fog.

A few common questions about getting the technology behind your business under control.

Do I need every service?

No. Services can be customized around the equipment and systems your business actually uses.

Can you manage equipment we already have?

We can start by reviewing your current computers, network equipment, servers, backups, phone system, and business accounts. From there, I can recommend a practical plan for what you already have.

How do you decide what support I need?

We start with your current technology, the problems you are running into, and what you want to make easier. From there, I can recommend a practical mix of services that fits your business and budget.

Are hardware and software included?

Hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, cloud services, Internet service, and other third party services are separate business expenses unless we agree otherwise. I can help you understand what you need and make sensible choices.

What about larger projects?

Monthly management covers routine monitoring, administration, maintenance, and support of managed systems. Larger projects may require a separate quote, including new computer installations, major hardware replacements, office moves, network cabling, major network redesigns, server migrations, large data migrations, operating system migrations, major Microsoft 365 migrations, disaster recovery projects, data recovery from failed hardware, cybersecurity incident response, penetration testing, and compliance certification.

Can we start with an IT review?

Yes. We can look at your current technology and concerns first, then discuss which managed IT services make sense for your business.
